Is It ADHD, or Something Else?
Keeping up with daily demands can feel exhausting, even when you know you are capable. You may work twice as hard to stay organized, follow through, meet deadlines, or keep from falling behind.
The hard part is that these struggles can have more than one explanation. ADHD may be part of the picture, but anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, and other concerns can affect focus and follow-through too. When you are left guessing, it is difficult to know what kind of support will actually make a difference.
A comprehensive ADHD evaluation gives you more than a quick answer or a checklist score. It provides a careful clinical understanding of what is contributing to your difficulties, whether ADHD is supported, and what to do next.
You receive a detailed written report that explains the findings, diagnostic conclusions, and individualized recommendations. If ADHD is supported, the report can help guide treatment and provide documentation for workplace or academic accommodation requests. If it is not, you still leave with a clearer explanation of the concerns identified and a practical path forward.

Need Documentation for an Exam, License, or Certification?
A psychological evaluation may be required when you are requesting accommodations, pursuing a professional license or certification, or responding to documentation requirements from a testing organization, board, agency, or other outside entity.
Requirements vary based on the purpose of the evaluation and the organization involved. A consultation is the first step in discussing your situation, reviewing any available requirements, and determining whether a psychological evaluation is appropriate.
