Adults often pursue an ADHD evaluation when long-standing difficulties with attention, organization, time management, or follow-through are interfering with work, school, relationships, or daily responsibilities, and they want a clearer answer rather than continued uncertainty.
This evaluation determines whether ADHD is clinically supported and provides documentation to guide next steps: formal diagnosis, workplace or academic accommodations, coordination with a prescribing provider, or referral guidance.
Conducted by a licensed psychologist, the assessment goes beyond screening tools and symptom checklists. You will receive a formal diagnostic report outlining findings, conclusions, and individualized recommendations.

How ADHD Testing Works

The fee is $1,200. This is a private-pay service. We do not bill insurance directly, but a superbill can be provided upon request.

After booking, you’ll complete brief intake forms so we can gather relevant background information. These forms must be submitted before your scheduled appointment.

During your scheduled appointment, you’ll complete a clinical interview and standardized assessment measures focused on attention concerns, relevant history, and current functioning.

You may schedule a feedback appointment to review your results, discuss the findings, and ask questions about recommendations.

Standard reports are completed within 10 business days after the evaluation is complete. Expedited services are available at an additional cost.
You’ll receive a written diagnostic report that includes the evaluation findings, diagnostic conclusions, and recommendations.
The report can be shared with a prescriber, school, workplace, or other requesting party as needed.
