Engagement and Fees
Before scheduling an examination, we ensure the referral scope, logistics, and expectations are clearly established.
Fee Schedule & Retainer: Our fee schedule is available upon request. A retainer is required to reserve the evaluation date and allocated professional time.
Engagement Agreement: A formal agreement outlining policies, timelines, scope, and case parameters is completed before the evaluation begins.
Defined Referral Questions: The legal, occupational, or clinical questions to be addressed are identified in advance so the scope of the evaluation is clear from the outset.
Secure Record Submission: Relevant records should be provided securely in advance of the scheduled evaluation date to support a thorough and efficient review.
