  • Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

    During a 15-minute phone consultation, we discuss your needs, determine whether the service is appropriate, explain the process, and provide an exact fee.

    Step 2: Complete Forms and Submit Records

    You complete the required intake forms and submit any requested records, such as medical, educational, employment, or VA claims records.

    Step 3: Clinical Interview and Testing

    The evaluation may include a clinical interview and standardized psychological testing. Appointment length varies by service and may range from approximately two to six or more hours.

    Step 4: Analysis and Documentation

    The information gathered through the interview, testing, and record review is analyzed and integrated. We then prepare the applicable report, letter, Disability Benefits Questionnaire, or other required documentation.

    Step 5: Results and Next Steps

    An optional feedback appointment is available to review the findings, ask questions, and discuss recommendations or next steps.

  • Services start at:

    • ADHD testing: $1,200

    • Veterans disability evaluations and nexus letters: $1,600

    • Schedule A documentation: $600

    • ADA workplace accommodations: $1,000

    • Short-term disability evaluations: $1,500

    Full payment is due at booking. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

  • No. Psychological testing and evaluation services are self-pay. Insurance plans generally do not cover services completed for workplace accommodations, medical leave, or disability claims.

    We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA payments are accepted.

  • Final reports are typically completed within 10–14 business days after the evaluation, provided all required records and documentation have been received. More complex evaluations or extensive record reviews may require additional time.

    If you have an urgent deadline, please mention it during your consultation so we can determine whether expedited service is available.

  • Yes. When clinically appropriate and within the scope of the evaluation, we may provide:

    • Veterans disability evaluations, Disability Benefits Questionnaires, and medical nexus opinions

    • Documentation for workplace accommodations under the ADA

    • Short-term disability forms and supporting reports

    • Schedule A disability documentation

    • Other employer or insurance forms related to the purpose of the evaluation

  • Yes. We provide neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for adults, including assessment of attention, memory, executive functioning, processing speed, and other areas of cognitive functioning.

    The scope of testing is determined by the referral question. A consultation is required to confirm whether the evaluation is appropriate for your needs.

  • No. We specialize in psychological testing and evaluation services and do not provide psychotherapy.
