What can I expect during my first session?
You can expect to discuss your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, express any worries about the process, get to know your therapist, and and set the tone for your therapy journey. It's important that you feel comfortable. We'll focus on creating a safe space for you to express yourself.
What are your fees?
The rate for an individual therapy sessions is $200 per session. Rates for psychological evaluations may vary. We also offer a reduced rate fee for clients with financial needs. Please contact us for more details.
How often should I attend therapy?
The frequency of your sessions will vary based on your needs and goals. Typically, clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and make consistent progress. Over time, sessions may become less frequent. We'll collaborate to find the best schedule to support you throughout your journey.
Do you accept insurance?
Limited insurance is acceptedincluding Aetna and United Healthcare. Please confirm coverage and out-of-pocket costs with your provider. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
